Shirred Eggs with Porkette Slices
Ingredients
12 thin slices Freirich Porkette
6 eggs
6 teaspoons butter
Salt and pepper
Directions
Place two Porkette slices in each individual baking dish so that edges are even with edge of dish. Break an egg into each dish on top of slices. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper, top with teaspoon of butter. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 15 minutes or until eggs are firm. Makes 6 servings.
