Roasted Porkette



Frierich Porkette


Place Porkette in a shallow baking pan, adding water to cover bottom of pan. Roast uncovered in a slow oven (325°) allowing 45 minutes per pound. Turn occasionally during roasting, maintaining water in bottom of pan. If a more brown product is desired increase temperature to hot (400°) 15 minutes before end of roasting period. (Do not soak or parboil.)
