Porkette Slices Baked with Potatoes



6 medium-sized potatoes

2 onions, chopped

Salt and pepper


3 cups hot milk

6-1/2 inch slices uncooked Freirich Smoked Porkette


Pare potatoes, and slice thin. Spread half in buttered baking dish. Add half the chopped onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Repeat process with remaining slices. Pour on enough milk to barely cover potatoes. Arrange Porkette slices on top of potatoes. Bake in a moderately hot oven (375°) for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and Porkette slices are browned. Makes 6 servings.
