Porkette Slices Baked with Dressing
Ingredients
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons hot water (approx.)
12 (1/4 inch) slices uncooked Freirich Smoked Porkette
Directions
Combine bread crumbs with seasonings and butter. Add enough hot water to moisten crumbs; mix lightly with fork. Arrange Porkette slices in a shallow baking pan. Place small mounds of dressing on each slice. Bake in moderately hot oven (375°) about 20 minutes or until browned. 6 servings.
