Glaze for Porkette
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cloves
Directions
Combine 1 cup brown sugar with 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Remove Porkette from oven about 20 minutes before end of baking period. Spread glaze mixture on Porkette. Insert cloves 1 inch apart in diamond pattern. Return to hot oven and finish baking.
