Freirich Porkette, cooked
White Sauce
Chopped Onion or Green Pepper
Directions
Grind cooked Porkette and combine with a thick white sauce to make appetizing croquettes, meat loaf, or meat balls, using the proportion of 2 cups of ground Porkette to 1 cup of sauce. Chopped onion or green pepper can be added for seasoning.
