Tongue Florentine
Ingredients
2 cups cooked, chopped, or whole spinach
2 cups sliced or diced Freirich Cooked Tongue
1 cup medium thick white Alfredo sauce
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Arrange spinach on bottom of 10 x 6 x 2 casserole dish. Combine tongue and white sauce and pour over spinach. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375°F. Serves 4.
