The Stuffed (Irish) Italian



1 lb. Cooked Freirich Corned Beef, diced

1 medium onion, minced

1 cup mashed potatoes

1 egg

1 tbsp. minced parsley

20 jumbo macaroni shells

1 qt. of your favorite spaghetti sauce


Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix well and fill hot, well-drained shells with mixture. Pour half of the sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Arrange shells in dish and cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes more. Serves 5-6.
