Baked Tongue with Noodles
Ingredients
8 slices of Freirich Cooked Tongue (1/4 inch thick)
3-1/2 cups of cooked noodles
2 cups of cooked or canned tomatoes
1/4 cup of cracker or bread crumbs
1 tsp. of butter
Directions
Arrange layers of tongue and noodles in small baking dish and add tomatoes. Cover with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake dish in oven for 30 minutes at 350°F. Serves 8.
