Baked Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
1 Freirich Porkette (chopped)
Macaroni or rice
Garlic or chopped onion
Bread crumbs
1 egg cooked
Peppers
Directions
Combine cooked macaroni or rice with chopped, cooked Porkette, and season with a touch of garlic or chopped onion. Combine with beaten egg to hold ingredients together. Fill parboiled peppers with this mixture and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a moderately hot oven (375°) until crumbs are brown.
